Martin Chicon's Nine Key Legislative Changes

  1. Congress shall make no laws that it will itself be exempt from!
  2. Tobacco is a legal product and it's use can not be limited so that it creates a de facto ban.
  3. All Congressmen and US Senators will be limited to 3 terms each for the remainder of their lives.
  4. The United States of America either as a federal entity nor its individual states shall pass any laws that result in the taking over of any business sector.
  5. The Fiscal Budget will be balanced. No deficits will be allowed. No exceptions.
  6. The census will be carried out every ten years by the commerce department and its personnel. No outside entities or organizations will be allowed.
  7. The United States of America will not be subject to any external laws from any organization nor will any leader who has not been duly elected by the citizens of the United States be able to dictate to it.
  8. The Supreme Court of the United States shall cite no foreign laws, incidents, precedents, treaties (unless ruling on such) when making decisions.
  9. Pain and suffering awards will be capped at .01% of GDP for the year that the verdict happened.
